It looks like the secret is getting out again as Zippia has named Naperville, Illinois as one of the most successful cities in the US. And why shouldn’t they?
The median income of our fair town is upwards of $109,000 and unlike some town with high median incomes, we have a very low poverty rate.
How well did Naperville rank on this list? Was it at the bottom? The top? How about number 3. That’s right… Naperville ranked number 3 on the list of most successful cities only behind Frisco, Texas and Cary North Carolina.
But what was the criteria based on you might ask? Was it only median income? That was a big part of it but that wasn’t the only major criterion.
1). The cities in question had to have a low unemployment rate.
2). Median income income needed to be considerable.
3). A population of at least 100,000 residents. That left about 290 American locales in which to choose from.
So congrats Naperville! You deserve it!
